public.project.abstract

Human rights are at risk, every time that undermines the dignity and equality of human beings. Imposing biopolitical frontiers in European soil and the refusal of entry and protection to immigrants and refugees question the banner of human rights has long assumed to be the hallmark of this continent. It is intended to discuss the practices and policies that embody human rights, from the observation of specific cases of one of the groups that were the origin of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: the refugees.
