public.project.abstract

Entre Tachos e Culturas will open and manage a kitchen in the Community Space. The kitchen aims to be a place for sharing life stories and gastronomic flavors, where the different cultures living in the Bensaúde Area come together at the table in order to establish intercultural dialogue and strengthen neighborhood ties. Simultaneously, it aims to raise awareness and building capacity on the importance of healthy nutrition and reducing food waste. Entre Tachos & Culturas also intends to reach other territories through a cookbook that tells gastronomic secrets and life stories of the local community.
