Susana Silva, PhD in Sociology, is Invited Assistant Professor at the Institute of Social Sciences, University of Minho. Her research interests focus on the societal and ethical challenges emerging from the uses of reproductive and genetic technologies. Based on interdisciplinary multi- and mixed-methods research, she intends to explore people-centred policies and integrated care, and to discuss contemporary modes of governance of research, health regulation and clinical practices.
