Biographical Note

"Phd Anthropology student at ISCTE-IUL, Anthropology master - Visual Culture major - from FCSH-UNL (2012) and Bachelor's in Anthropology from FCTUC (2009). A student of alto, oboe, musical theory and orchestra at the Conservatórios de Música de Fornos and at Coimbra finishing the music studies at Conservatório Nacional de Lisboa (2014). A member of the Grupo de Etnografia e Folclore da Academia de Coimbra (GEFAC) and Grupo de Teatro da Nova (GTN). A researcher on the project ""A nossa música, o nosso mundo: Associações musicais, bandas filarmónicas e comunidades locais (1880-2018)” supported by FCT and developed at the Museu Nacional de Etnologia and Fundação INATEL. Currently a research fellow at Centro em Rede de Investigação em Antropologia (CRIA) supported by FCT/MCTES and developing a Phd Project focusing on popular culture, ethnomusicology, cultural and leisure politics themes. Since 2019 she is an integrated PhD student of CRIA associated with the research group Practices and Policies of Culture. "
