Biographical Note

Assistant Professor at the Department of Architecture and Urbanism at ISCTE IUL and researcher at CRIA. Degree in Regional and Urban Planning from the University of Aveiro (1994), Master in Urban Design from ISCTE IUL (2002) and PhD in Architecture and Urbanism from ISCTE IUL (2011). He worked in several architectural offices, namely in the elaboration of Urban Projects, Detail Plans and Urbanization Plans (1992 - 2000). Since then she has participated in several research projects and has authored several scientific articles. The main research interests are spatial humanities, space syntax, GIS and data visualization.
