Biographical Note
Predoctoral fellow of the Martí Franqués program (2022-2025) to carry out his doctoral thesis in the Ph.D. in Anthropology and Communication at the Rovira i Virgili University (Tarragona, Spain). He graduated in Anthropology from the Central University of Venezuela (Caracas, 2016) and later completed a Master's degree in Urban Anthropology, Migration and Social Intervention at the URV (2020), obtaining the "Premi Extraordinari de Máster". He is currently working on the concept of "immobile migration" based on his research on care work of older people who remain in their places of origin, under circumstances conditioned by (im)mobility, as well as the times of complex and multifactorial crisis that are lived in the Venezuelan territory.
