Social and cultural anthropologist. Teaches anthropology in the Department of Life Sciences at the University of Coimbra. Teaches, researches, and writes on the theory and history of anthropology, visual cultures, art, culture and cognition, relationships between literature and anthropology, interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary studies, anthropology, and posthumanity.
