Biographical Note

Joana Miguel Almeida holds a degree in Painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon and a Master's degree in Anthropology - Visual Cultures from the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of the New University of Lisbon. At the present, she is a PhD candidate in the FCT Doctoral Programme in Anthropology: Politics and Displays of Culture and Museology (CRIA/ISCTE-IUL/FCSH-NOVA).
