This event takes place within the PPC RG’s Workshop on Restitution and Reparation
Around a special issue of the journal Ateliers d'anthropologie dedicated to the new digital life of ethnographic archives and collections (2022), one of the co-editors and contributors, Jessica De Largy Healy, addresses some of the questions raised in the introduction ("ethnographic archives, collections, resources: what are we talking about? "; "from early collections to digital constructions"; "digitisation as a means of exploring ethnologists' archives"; "the relational nature of ethnographic data"; "the digital restitution of collections and archives"), as well as her field experience of Australian Indigenous archives that have emerged over the last two decades in various communities in northern Australia.
The site information displays the event local time, which corresponds to 5 PM-6.30 PM CET
