The project intends to carry out the survey, diagnosis and management analysis of potential ICCAs (Indigenous peoples’ and Community Conserved territories and Areas) in Guinea-Bissau. The aims are: 1) to provide the actors involved (communities, government, UNDP, NGO Tiniguena, Consortium and development partners) information for the constitution, valorisation and development of territories and areas managed on a community basis; 2) preparation of draft legislation on indigenous and community sites in Guinea-Bissau.
