Biographical Note
Graduated in Social Work from the University of Granada, she also has a Master’s degree in Dependency and Equality in Personal Autonomy from the University of Jaén. Currently, thanks to a FPU contract, she is working as a pre-doctoral student at the Faculty of Social Work of the University of Granada (UGR), where she teaches classes in the degree and is doing her thesis. Previously worked at the University Research Institute for Women and Gender Studies, where she supported the development of IUEM research projects and managed the Erasmus Mundus Master’s in Gender Studies (GEMMA). Has participated in various research projects related to gender and care such as "CAREMODEL: The long-term care model in transition: political, family and community strategies to deal with the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic", "Spaces of collective exchange to make care visible", "Pursuing equality: the double discrimination of being a woman with functional diversity victim of gender-based violence" and "Making care visible: the impact of covid-19 on carers and caregivers", among others.
