Born in Pragal, in 1997, the FCT-CRIA scholarship holder Mariana Correia is currently carrying out an in-depth research on the Ethno-Photographic Archive of the Center for Ethnological Studies, in partnership with the National Museum of Ethnology (MNE). Coming from an Art History degree (2015-2019), later complemented with the Master in Anthropology - Visual Cultures (2020-2021), the researcher expresses particular interest in exploring the possible intersections between these disciplines, with special attention to the photographic field.
