Biographical Note
Holder of a master’s degree in Biodiversity, Genetics and Evolution from the University of Porto (2017). Fellow at the Primate Research Institute (Kyoto University, Japan) in 2018. Laboratory manager and research technician at the Population and Conservation Genetics Group at Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciência between 2018 and 2020. Currently a PhD candidate in Anthropolgy (2019-) affiliated to CRIA, the University of Porto and the University of Exeter. Her PhD project is entitled “Integrating genomics with local knowledge to understand responses of West African primates to past and present ecological and anthropogenic changes”.
