DENISE PEDRON has a doctorate in Comparative Literature from the Faculty of Letters of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2006), with the thesis “A performativity in contemporary culture”. She has participated in several artistic creations as a performer, actress, playwright and director. She is a professor at the University Theater of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, in Brazil. She works as a researcher, mainly on the following topics: creative processes, performance, contemporary theater and psychoanalysis. She is currently training in psychoanalysis at the Círculo Psicanalítico de Minas Gerais (CPMG).
