Biographical Note

Catarina Leal (Lisbon, 1986) has a degree in Audiovisual and Multimedia from the School of Communication and Media Studies, from the IPL- Politécnico de Lisboa (2004-2008) and a master's degree in Anthropology, specialization in Visual Cultures, from the NOVA-FCSH of Lisbon (2012-2014). Currentely, she has a doctoral fellowship from the FCT PhD Program in Anthropology: Politics and Displays of Culture and Museology (ISCTE-IUL / NOVA-FCSH /CRIA).
