Biographical Note
I have a PhD in Public Policy from ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (2023). Master in Human Rights from the Federal University of Goiás (2019). Postgraduate in Civil Law and Civil Procedure from UNICAM-RJ (2016). Bachelor of Laws from PUC-GO (2014).
Contributes as an intern in the offices of the Courts of the State of Goiás (TRE-GO/ TJ-GO). I advocated for low-income Social Security/Social Security beneficiaries (Portuguese and Brazilian Bar Associations).
I was a reviewer for magazines (Revista da Escola Superior da Magistratura Tocantinense; Revista Humanidades & Inovação da Universidade Estadual do Tocantins).
I developed research as a collaborating member/scholar in funded projects (FAPEG/ CAPES), primarily in the area of Public Policies for the homeless/street population (UFG and ISCTE-IUL).
I worked as a senior social support technician in the response of emergency centers to welcome the homeless population during COVID-19 (Lisbon City Council).
I helped in the development of the MANAS project (safe space and Mutual Support Group for women and non-binary people in vulnerable situations) financed by YouthRise (in partnership with the Group of Activists in Treatment) and in the design planning of the Irmão Pedro social bag for people homeless (MST).
I took on a position as a social intervention technician in the Housing First program. And a member of the H network (housing studies).
Sometimes seasonally and sometimes remotely, I worked as a collaborator at the Institute for Social Public Policies, a community intervention technician in the Healthy Neighborhoods program, a trainer on the Gerador platform and an ambassador for the Politize! project.
I gained volunteering experience with different audiences: children, teenagers, the elderly, and, in particular, women victims of domestic violence, through my position as a legal support technician at the Portuguese Victim Support Association (APAV).
Currently, dedicated to the following co-designed projects: as founder of Lisboa Invisível, which promotes visibility and awareness of the rights of the homeless population. And, as project and policy manager at UMAH, a social consultancy company for social impact.
