Sónia Vespeira de Almeida Appointed Vice Dean for Research at NOVA FCSH
Sónia Vespeira de Almeida, researcher at CRIA, has been appointed Vice Dean for Research at the School of Social Sciences and Humanities of NOVA University Lisbon (NOVA FCSH). She joins the new leadership team headed by art historian Alexandra Curvelo, who formally took office as Dean on 17 July.
With extensive experience in both academic research and institutional coordination, Sónia Vespeira de Almeida will now be responsible for shaping and supporting the school’s research strategy.
The Dean’s team also includes José Neves (Vice Dean for Planning and Infrastructure), Helena Serra (Vice Dean for Teaching and Student Affairs), and Madalena Meyer Resende (Vice Dean for Internationalisation).
