Nota biográfica

Jason Keith Fernandes recebeu o seu grau doutoral em Antropologia em 2013 com a pesquisa "Citizenship Experiences of the Goan Catholics". Desenvolveu o projeto de pós-doutoramento "Crafting Good Citizens: The Politics of Crafting Indian Citizens from Catholics in Goa" e é atualmente investigador contratado no CRIA. Talvez devido à sua formação em Direito (National Law School of India) interessa-se por assuntos de cidadania e secularismo. Os seus outros interesses incluem a teoria pós-colonial comparativa e, mais recentemente, a teologia católica. Jason contribui habitualmente com textos para jornais em Goa e websites na Índia que podem ser consultados no site www.dervishnotes.blogspot.com.
