Kasper Pape Helligsøe holds a PhD in Anthropology from Aarhus University (2023) and is currently a postdoctoral fellow funded by the Carlsberg Foundation. His current research explores how insights from professional sports can inform leadership and organizational practices that support both collective and individual aspirations among younger employees.
