CRIA joins in the European Heritage Days 2021, with the Invisible Heritage Webinar, which aims to dialogue, from different universes of analysis, on the role of invisible heritage and its potential to think about society that surrounds us.
The session will take place online on September 24th at 2 pm, with the participation of the researchers Marta Prista, Maria Cardeira da Silva and Inês Lourenço and moderated by Pedro Antunes.
The researches presented touch on diverse heritages (spaces, objects, archives, narratives, memories, performances), to reflect on multiple themes, such as official policies, gender roles, colonial past, Estado Novo, clandestinity, exile, religious diversity, or contemporary migrations.
Centered on people and their perceptions of objects, practices and memories, these ethnographies are based on participatory methodologies, contributing to a reinterpreted, collaborative and inclusive heritage.
